Sales Training

Training & Workshop Package - Single-day, full immersion training event. Multiple days can be arranged.

The day will be made up of three individual modules that will be customized to your organization's specific offerings and needs. Each module will be approximately one hour, 45 minutes long. There will be a 30-minute break between modules 1 and 2 with lunch between modules 2 and 3.

  • 45 minutes - all hands keynote style presentation
  • 30 minutes - facilitated breakouts in groups of 5 to 6
  • 30 minutes - all hands breakout review and team takeaways

Step one - exploratory call with leadership to gain a better understanding of what they feel the needs are, what is missing, what is great and what is not.

Step two - customization of the content to cover

Step three - overview of the workshop with needed leadership. This will be an overview by design, as the details will need to be experienced by the leaders at the same time as the teams.

Post Training follow-up - Each package will come with an included series of virtual follow up meetings designed to ensure that the training and workshop produces long last results. These meetings can be with leadership or team members.
